Return & Refund Policy
Returns:
All items must be returned within 14 working days of receipt and must be in an unused condition in the original packaging. Proof of purchase must also be present with any return.

Refunds:
All returned items will be inspected for damages upon receipt by ourselves. We will notify you after inspection to confirm that the products have been received by us in a satisfactory condition or otherwise.
All approved refunds will be reimbursed via your original method of payment within 7 working days of us receiving the return.

Return Delivery Costs:
All return delivery costs will be met by the buyer and are non-refundable. Any outward shipping costs incurred by ourselves are also non-refundable.
Shipping Information
Saver Delivery
We use Royal Mail's second class post for saver service orders.
Our saver delivery service costs just ยฃ2.00 for all orders under ยฃ25.00.
We aim to dispatch all saver orders within 2 working days.
After we have posted your order, saver parcels are most often delivered within 2-4 days, but have been known to take over a week. There is no guarantee of delivery time with a standard item. If you must have your order within 5 working days we would advise using the express service.

Standard Delivery
We use Royal Mail's first class post for smaller standard service orders.
Our standard delivery service costs ยฃ3.00 for all orders under ยฃ100.00.
We aim to dispatch all standard service orders within 2 working days.
After we have posted your order, smaller standard service parcels are most often delivered within 1-2 days, but have been known to take over a week. Larger ones are tracked and should be with you the next working day. There is no guarantee of delivery time with a standard service item. If you must have your order within 5 working days we would advise using the express service.

Express Service
We use Royal Mail Tracked or DPD courier for express service orders. A signature is required on delivery when DPD is delivering, and the parcel can be tracked.
Our express delivery service costs ยฃ7.00 per order regardless of the order size.
We will dispatch express service orders next working day unless we have a design query which cannot be resolved immediately.
Express orders are sent on a 24 hour tracked delivery service to almost all UK mainland addresses. A signature is not usually required for smaller orders, if a signature is required for the order and you are not in when it is delivered a card will be left with instructions for re-delivery or collection.
